1. 登記報名不代表錄取，請以「工學院雙語學習推廣」於活動前寄出之報名成功通知信為準。 

Registration ≠ Admission. Your registration status and eligibility to participate will be based on the registration confirmation email sent by us before the event.

2. 為確保活動品質及學習資源之有效運用，活動開始後5分鐘即開放現場同學進場。活動場地空間有限恕不保留座位，敬請準時報到入場以保障您的權益。

Walk-in students will be allowed to join 5 minutes after the class begins. Due to limited seating, seats cannot be reserved or held, please do arrive on time.

3. 本活動將進行拍照、錄影及錄音，相關影像資料可能用於活動紀錄、成果展示、宣傳或教育推廣（如網站、社群媒體、簡報等），如不同意者，請勿報名本活動。

Photos, videos, and audio recordings will be taken during the event.

4. 主辦單位保留活動內容、時程及相關事項之調整與變更權利。

College of Engineering reserves the right to make changes to the event content, venue, or all the arrangements as needed.
